A) Matzoh...note spelling..its the unleavened bread that Jewish people
eat during Passover...It looks like cardboard with braille writing, and I
won't comment on its taste or consistancy because I am polite.
B)Correct spelling is gravlax..it is Scandinavian in origin and because
I just know that clayart people are inquiring minds, I thought it
interesting to note that its name refers to the grave, because it used to
be made and buried in cold weather to preserve it. Unlike matzoh, it is
delicious and my husband ,although thoroughly unscandinavian , makes it
all the time..Yummy

Matzos is unleavened bread, something like a large cracker. It is the
only type of bread you are allowed to eat during Passover week but may
also be eaten throughtout the year.
