i sit on a product eval committee at the hospital and got about 30 samples
of some iv catheters which turned out to be totally awful for our needs so
took them home and experimented with them for making fine lines with colored
slips and glaze. worked really great-much better than 18g needles i had
been using. if anyone wants to try it out i'll send you one. just email me
off line and give me an address and i'll get it to you.

Hi Becky, I was disappointed when my offline post to you , in answer to your
plight, 'help needed' was undeliverable to the hotmail address...do you have
another E-mail?

Have you seen Clary Illian's Potter's Handbook? If you follow it faithfully
I believe it will help you take the next leap to your own lively pots. I
know it is simplistic to advise you not to be discouraged, but the 'good
rip-off' phase of a potter's development is a classic phase. Can you
be more specific concerning your past training and the pots and potters you
admire? Glazes, etc. Potters can be like doctors you know...sometimes a
second opinion is necessary!

My snail mail for the needle tool and thanks, Lori Pierce, 5430 Tangerine
