Could you tell us about this recipe and how it is used for effects?

Urine is one of the many substances that can be used to create the dendritic
effect for the creation of mochaware. Lemon juice, claret and washing up
liquid can have the same effect but I still prefer to use the original
tobacco tea recipe. I am told that camel urine or the urine of pregnant
women can be very effective but I have not tried either of these. I fear
that Valerie Johnson is unlikely to find a good commercial source of urine,
but making your own is quite simple!

the rugs; it must do some good somewhere somehow. Is there a source for
urine or do we have to arrange for our own supply?

The best write-up I've seen on this is in Jeff Zamek's book, "What Every
Pottery Should Know". It includes recipes and technique.

Well, if you're talking about actual urine, maybe some of that deer hunter
urine stuff would work..... Comes in a bottle and available at Wallyworld.
