gas kiln stalling/solved

I got back from my vacation and had a talk with Marc Ward on the phone.
Ended up enlarging my burner orifices and firing again. This time I stalled
at 08 instead of 018, while pouring in tons of btu's. I finally pushed the
damper in another inch and voila! jumped from 08 to 8 in forty minutes. So
now I have a working kiln. Thanks to all the folks who offered me advice
and suggestions. It all went into the mix and somehow I came out right.
