Kiln manufacturers hesitate to apply ITC to the kiln walls, because
some have had a nightmare of complaints about ITC flaking off. It's
also a time-consuming process.

Paragon will coat new kilns with ITC. We coat the walls, but not
the elements. We appreciate the advice Mel and others on Clayart
have shared about ITC.
