i have found mcaffee with a weekly update to be the best
i have found. for me, norton would freeze up my computer
a great deal more than virus'....of course that may have been
my old aptiva.

as a moderator it seems i get about six virus' a week. they come
because so many people have me bookmarked. no problem, they
all get caught...and i do not `ever` open attachments that i am not
expecting. it is just the way it is.

i have found a great source for used computer equipment. they are
a local company that deals in thousands of used computers each
year. it may be the best deal going. ( i get nothing from these
folks..nothing.)

i just bought for the farm a micron millennium, 20 gig hard drive, 600
pentium III , cd burner, for 5 hundred bucks.
works like a charm. i think it is new, cannot find a scratch on it. this
fellow buys bankrupt computer companies, and re-sells them to new
companies... does lots of 50 or 60.
saw a bunch of toshiba lap tops for 300 bucks each.
got 2 sony trinitron's for 115 bucks each...17 inch.

this is not a spam...he is a real guy...
email....jeff stone....sales@opportunitydistribute.com
they sell a great deal on e-bay.

he ships all over the country.
i let you know, cuzz he is a good guy, and many of you are
looking to upgrade...why buy new? much of this stuff
is totally terrific...i have toured the warehouse.

i have told many friends about this, and it is a good deal.
