Glaze test for William Edward's =A9E-Z 5 Base.

Tested on light, mid-range stoneware, with iron flecks. Fired to 1215c =
(22219) oxidation, at this ramp:
100c to 600c 212f to 1112f
150c to 1100c 300f to 2012f
100c to 1220c 212f to 2228f
soak at 1220c for 30 minutes =20
cool down 100c per hour to 900c (212f/1652f)=20
soak at 900c for one hour
shut off and cool down (aprox. 40 hours)

Recipe:
10 Wollastonite
14 Silica
20 EPK
25 G-200 Feldspar
30 Ferro 3134

All raw materials, with the exception of colorants, measured up or down =
to the nearest whole decimal.
Substitutions:
Frit 623 for Frit 3134
Forshammer feldspar for G-200

Resulted in=20
Clear gloss glaze

Black Majick
Add 10.5 RIO, 2.5 Cobalt Carb.
Resulted in a glossy black glaze, semi mat where thinner, glossy where =
thick.

White Majick
Add 8.0 Tin ox.
Resulted in a White glossy glaze, that broke clear over the texture on =
test.

Blue Monkey
Add 3.0 Cobalt ox., 3 Rutile
Glossy bluish glaze with green and black vegriations overall.
Where thickest, glaze is green like a thick and overfired floating blue, =
but green is a pleasant green.
A lot of color play in surface. Some high spots of bright blue.
