The 'mill' being in 'B.C.' and all...?

Yes, Phillip is right, that if the amount quoted is in Canadian
Dollars, then the American Dollar amount will be (today's base rate)
$3233.50 USD.

OTOH, if we had to purchase something priced at USD $5000.00, we would
have to pay $7731.55 CAD!
