Hi All!
We just concluded Paul's glaze Chemistry workshop yesterday here in Yakima,
WA, and although I think everyone was worn out by the amount of information
Paul was able to present in two days, we all came away with a vastly
improved understanding of glaze and of the variety of software options
available.
Paul's sense of humor and enormous experience with glaze and glaze testing
made for a really exceptional workshop for all of us. He helped with
individual glaze problems during breaks, and gave us tips on ways to go
about solving all sorts of glaze faults.
If you get the chance to attend a workshop with Paul in the future, I
certainly would recommend that you do so. I know that I am very excited by
the idea that I can finally understand my glazes better and, with practice,
start taking charge of them beyond simply mixing and using them.
Thanks, Paul, and the great crowd of attendees, which included some
Clayarters. You all made it a great weekend.
