I too must agree with the other posts. I always slept better at Hay Creek
on "grandma's bed" than I did at home. But I had been told years before
that having a plywood board between my mattress and box spring were good
for my bad back. After visiting my brother in LA and sleeping on a new
mattress we bought new ones (Spring Air - pillow top) for ourselves. I
think it's the pillow top that really helps. Believe me - a new good
mattress is worth its weight in gold!!!! Ours were over 25 years
old. Dump the old ones!!!! We too love our new mattresses
