I've been following the thread about extruder dies with interest because I
never gave any thought to the ones I use all the time. My partner, Art, just
takes my drawing and makes me a die. So, I asked him how he makes them. He
buys 1/2 or so sheet Teflon, cuts the square with the table saw and cuts the
design with a plunge router. They are really tough and I think they'll last
forever.
