On digitalfire, they advertise a book called Potter's Geology, which =
sounds right up my alley down here, and Ron's degree being in geology, =
although not ever used, is still great to build on,...has anyone bought =
or read the e-book? I am thinking about ordering it, I know not many =
people are that into prospecting and getting their own raw materials, =
but it has opened all sorts of new pathways for me down here, and I =
wondered if anyone out there had read it or was familiar with it? Or =
maybe wrote it? Melinda in Guatemala

Hello Ron!
About this book! cost about 25$, not so much. Now what can you do with it.
If you have clay around your home, or anywhere around, it teaches you how to
use it. If you have a "Grand Canyon" around you it teaches you how to glaze
with it.
I think the glazes there are more for the higher cones that I don't do.
What I did with it? Not so much, got some ideas: Added soil to glaze. added
rocks to clay. Could get these ideas anyway, but the book gave me a push.
I cannot tell you if it worse it. I don't regret buying it!
