Okay, I'll be brave and ask a question I've had for some time. I've looked
for it in books and can't really find an answer. What is shino? Is it a
descriptive term for a type of glaze? Or does it mean the glaze has certain
ingredients? Is it only for high fire? I love the look, but what does it
mean?

Thank you,
