glaze test for nlc white, cone 6, oxidation

Source: Lubbock, Texas, USA

Tested on white, mid range stoneware, fired to 1220c, oxidation.

Receipe
43 Sodaspar
23 Colemanite
14 Ball clay
7 Silica
7 Ultrox
5 Dolomite

Substitutions
Local spar for sodaspar
Zircopax for Ultrox

Resulted in stable, gloss white. No discernable difference where double =
dipped.

You are my hero! What a great thing you are doing, testing all these
glazes and poting them for us! Each time you send a new batch through
I cull through and test a few myself, based on your descriptions.
