I too did exactly what you did with the same results The manual is very =
unclear as to what steps to take. I called the shop at Pottery Supply =
House and talked to the tech there and she told me to do the following.
You have to program another ramp that includes the hold. Say your third =
ramp is the end ramp for your particular firing. You duplicate the =
third ramp and include the hold lets say 30 min. When your cone goes =
over you press OPTIONS
scroll to Skstp
ENTER
#s appear
scroll to whatever number you want to skip to (in this case it would be =
#4)
ENTER
Apparently you can't skip to a hold, just a ramp. Hope this helps.
