Does anyone know if it is possible to find a webhosting site that doesn't
kill you with ads? I get offers all the time for "free" webhosting, but
some of hte adds take over the page. Thanks.ps sent new cups to Canada via
airmail, haven't arrived yet... been over a week. Sherry Morrow

My advice is pay for one. Find a local company with good support and pay the
$20 a month. it is worth it. No ads, banners buyouts...all is smooth and
wonderful.
I use email and internet more than my TV or voice phone... it's a lot more
communication potential at a fraction of the cost.
You get exactly the value you pay for....

Beardiepaw,

Try my website host. I've been very pleased with them. You can find them by
going to my site, and clicking on their icon at the top of the page. It's
there, but very professional-looking and inconspicuous.

If you are a mac user using system 9 or above iDisk works well. If you
use system 8.6  there are some hacks that will let you use  idisk
also. They are described in  a MAC Addict magazine from a few months
ago. One of the big advantages of this is that the "idisk" opens as a file
server on oyour desk top, it looks and acts like a very hard drive with
a very slow interface. In fact, that is what it is. There is a link of
the Apple home page at
http:www.apple.com
