If you have tap water, you have a water company on the other end of the
pipe. It is a requirement of operation that periodic analyses be made of
commercial operation. As a well-water user at one time, I know that many
jurisdictions require well water analysis. A clay worker using water for
any purpose in AZ is wise to collect rainwater because our well and our tap
water are high in salts. For us it's a given! Elsewhere, your water co.
will give you their latest readout.
