glaze specks

I built a motorized screen in the early seventies and screen all my =
glazes to 60 mesh. I too found that some materials tend to form =
concretions after a while and I screen them out along with tiny bits of =
debris that fall into the glaze despite my best efforts. I advise =
regular re-screening to a fine enough particle size to eliminate the =
problem.

I builta vibrating screen too; and wonder how you constructed yours. Could
