repetition. re: copyright etc...

I feel for Jim whose posting was repeated, ad nauseum, in responses to =
his opinion. People are entitled to get hot under the collar and thrash =
out an emotional posting. When they do, they make mistakes in the way =
they write and how they say things. Sometimes this converts a text into =
nonsense. I think this has happend to Jim's message. But it takes but a =
few shakes of a lamb's tail to do a spell check and make sure it is =
readable and what was intended. It is also, in my opinion, a courtesy to =
readers to ensure that they can understand the words instantly. =
Responses might then be more appropriate and not at cross purposes.
There has been a repeated request recently about making the layout of =
postings a little more formal so that they are better presented as =
reading material. It is a request which should be heeded. Good writing =
starts with clarity, both intellectual and visual, continues with =
correctness for comprehension and courtesy towards one's audience. =
Indifferent writing benefits from efficient editing. I often think as I =
read, thank goodness I don't have to listen to this person talking.

Fun disclaimers for Clayarters would be
"Member of the Tongue in Cheek Division of Clayart."
Of course I know 90% of Ivor's post was legit. And apt.
I am only occasionally a member of the TICD of Clayart...
