paragon's request

When I see a company make a public request for feedback on their product
like this, I feel very pleased. This is the kind of connection, and
accessability I really value in business, and would more likely want to
go on doing business with such folks. Thank you for extending yourself to
us.
I have owned a Paragon "Touch N' Fire" kiln for about six years. I only
use it for bisque firings. I had to replace the control panel early on,
which I found aggravating, but it has served me well since. One
thermocouple replacement was the only other repair needed. I've fired it
alot in the time since I purchased it. I find it to be a reliable kiln.
