olsen kiln door- transite- asbestoes

Sometimes I wonder why I'm not dead yet. But a partial
answer might have to do with the general disintegration my
body is experiencing as I get older.
I remember cutting sheets of the stuff with a reciprocal
saw, when I made my second kiln, no mask. I remember
chewing on lead roofing washers as a child.
I remember rubbing mercury on coins. And we drank milk as
children from cows that lived down wind (fallout) from the
Mercury Test Site here in Nevada.
