The Dayton Art Institute has a show running until August 27 of contempora=
ry
Japanese ceramics collected by Carl A Weyerhaeuser. =

In l972 and l973 alone , he purchased more than 300 pieces by 63 artists
from
all the major centers of ceramic production in Japan.


I can certainly "second" Mia's recommendation on this. I saw this
exhibition when it was at the Art Complex Musuem in Duxbury, MA about a
year or so ago (took a group of students from NH Institute of Art). It i=

a GREAT collection. =
