I realized that I had picked up Lana Wilson's fairly recent work:
"Ceramics: Shape and Surface Handouts for Potters" (C)1998 at the Fusion
conference last weekend.
It has lots of these cone 6 and 06 glazes as well as much more of
interest.
I don't know the price, but if someone out there wants to check with
