I asked a friend who is a plywood glue consultant about burning
plywood sawdust. Here is what he said.

"Plywood is typically about 4% adhesive and the balance wood. The
typical
byproducts of the adhesive when burned include CO, CO2, and trace
amounts of formaldehyde and even smaller amounts of phenol. The wood
itself releases more naturally inherent formaldehyde than the glue
could, and if it is pine it releases pinenes and limonenes as well as
the NOX, CO, and CO2 found in all wood. Plywood glue is blended with
wheat and pecan shell flours at about 30% further diluting the
adhesive. I hope that answers your question...
