Hi everyone,
I have been ask to sculpt and make a soap mold for a business. I am trying
to decide the best way to charge for this service. My thought was to charge
a price up front, than charge 5% of all sales. I know that there was some
discussion about royalties in previous discussions, but I am not clear about
some of the details. When you charge a royalty is there typically an upper
limit negotiation on how many sales before the royalty fee expires. For
example, would you negotiate a contract in which after the royalty fees
reach $200 dollars the client is no longer obligated to pay royalties.
Also, is anyone familiar with a site that would have samples of such
contracts.
