Many years ago my mother-in-law was a recipe tester for Sunset Magazine in
California, while my father-in-law was a grad student at Stanford. One of
the recipes she has recently been fixing for us is a fantastic Biscotti.
This is a sweet, twice-baked cookie-like treat.

>From the medieval definitions that have been shared we can now see a
correlation between the bisqued pot and the biscotti.

Isn't new knowledge grand.
