The Mesa Arts Center is pleased to present a free slide lecture by Patti
Warashina for all those clayarters in Phoenix, Arizona. Her lecture will
be Friday, March 3rd at 6:00pm in room #3 of the Mesa Arts Center. She is
also having anexhibition called "Larger Than Life", Feb. 29- April 8,2000
at Galeria Mesa at the Mesa Arts Center. A reception for the artist will
be fromn 7-9pm on the 3rd also. For more information contact:

I heard Patti give a lecture in 1979 at NCECA/Supermud. She was the last
event of a mindboggling three days and she held the audience of 2300
people. I have met her since then and heard her several more times. She
is a really interesting speaker and does wonderful sculptural work. What
a great opportunity.
