ups rate increase--alternative suggestion

Hi Everybody!

As an alternative to UPS, I suggest those who live near or in large
metropolitan areas switch over to RPS. The rates are lower, the service is
excellent, and I like the fact that one can talk to employees of the firm,
when calling for information, instead of individuals contracted to answer
questions!

As an aside..RPS was just bought out by FED EX...and is now called Fed EX
Ground Service...will be interesting to see if there will be any changes.
