Hi:

I'm trying to help my wife, Linda Owen, decide on a contoller for a new
kiln she's getting. She's looking at Bartlett and Watlow. I don't use
controllers so I'm not being very helpful. I was wondering if any of you
have opinions on the two. I've read past posts that were very positive
about Bartlett controllers but nothing about Watlow. I've heard that the
Watlows are quite difficult ot program but that's about it.

thanks, Craig Martell in Oregon

Hi Craig,
I have a Bartlett controller, marketed under the Olympic Kiln brand,
retrofitted to an L & L J-230 kiln. It performed flawlessly right out of
the box and has continued to do so for these past four years. I can
recommend it without reservation.
