Unbelievable! More surfing and I just found this site.
A direct link between Art & Math just light years ahead
of anything I have seen before.

(My software could actually use the math directly with some
front-end work, but, as it is now it can generate the machine
movements to manipulate the glazes from a vectorized
version of most any of those images. Anything that looks
good in two colors, can be done with a simple two layer
Sgraffito technique.)
