NEWS FLASH

Paul Soldner is comming to start off the millenium at the Nottingham Center
for the Arts in sunny, southern California. ( did ya ever see it rain on the
Rose Parade or Rosebowl ??? ).

Paul will be here for a week, Jan 3-7, and there's still some room so give a
call or email if ya want to come play with us.
He will make sculptures, demonstrate throwing and low fire salt techniques,
talk a lot about a life in clay and lead a few afternoon local field trips.
We will do several firings , high and low/kiln and Pit, throughout the week
so participants should bring all the bisque ya can lug along. We will do our
best to fire everything.

Workshop will cullminate in dinner and a party at either the Center or at the
Nottingham Rancho. Either way it will be much fun as past presenters have
attested ( see comments from Mel Jacobson, Dannon Rhudy, Paul Lewing, Louis
Katz and Peter King on our web site).

There is inexpensive lodging quite close and plenty of room for RV's at the
Center.
Workshop is $ 500.00 Continental breakfast included each day.
