------------------
There is a special grade of surgical super glue. I've forgotten the name, =
but
will post it next week. I get it from my vet. It is EXPENSIVE, but it =
works.
Other things I've found helpful: bag balm=3B a product called =22Badger=22 =
which
states on the can =22Paul Bunyan once said, 'If I had enough Badger, I could=
heal
the cracks in the Grand Canyon.'... This stuff works=21=22

When I glaze, I wear hypoallergenic latex gloves=3B I cream my hands first =
with
Eucerin or Nivea. =5BBag Balm =26 Badger are too sticky.=5D Really =
stubborn cracks,
I use bag balm or vaseline, then bandaids, then finger cots.

I haven't found anything, external application or supplement or herb, that
prevents the cracking in the first place. I didn't have this problem years =
ago.
Just one more yukky aspect of middle age, I guess.
