potters driving school buses (was phil rogers)

I'm even more curious....I drove a school bus and was/am a potter. I don't
think I look like Phil Rogers or Nils Lou, but did I look like a potter? I was
quite a bit younger then, and didn't have grey hair (like I do now!) and wasn't
grizzled and ornery (like I am now!), did I look like a potter then or do I look
like a potter now? Actually I think I look like a Phyllis Diller on a bad hair
day....that's when I look most like a potter....

I am curious. What does a Potter look like? Does a Potter who drives a
school bus look any more like a Potter than one who doesn't drive a
school bus?

I never drove a school bus but helped with the elementary schools chorus.
I had pulled a late night in the studio the night before a rehearsal (for the
Christmas program) and woke up late and had to get both my kids ready and off
to school. I put on my cloths, make breakfast and we charge off to school.
THe chorus is all acting like perfect angels this morning, standing straight,
singing beautifully and smiling. I turn around to get the next song and the
whole chorus starts laughing as one, and pointing. That's when I realize
that I through on my studio pants and there are two large hand prints on my
but!

To throw out another rambling from Mel...
A Potter is...a jack of all trades.
I was never a school bus driver, but I've been an ASE
certified Auto Mechanic, retail salesman at a chain Hardware and
Garden store, twice, worked at a hobbyshop, logger, etc, etc.
I've held these various jobs to support my addiction to
POTT(ERY). : )
