We are still looking for Breakout proposals for NCECA 2000!! I need them by

>Planning for NCECA 2000 "HigherGround" in Denver are well underway. As part of
>our programing this year we are again accepting proposals for NCECA
>Connections and the Topical Discussion sessions.

>NCECA CONNECTIONS is designed for groups and organizations to network and share
