It's not much when you consider that theraputic dosages range from 150 to 600
mg with 300 mg being the dose that works for most manic depressives.
However, again, the person at risk is the person who is already on Li2CO3
therapy.

Manganese limits are not set yet in the U.S.--only being studied. Do you
have data that I should know about on another standard? But 0.5mg sure is
high.

When I look at the general toxicity of cobalt I can only make a rough guess
that there really should be one zero after the point--e.g. 0.05 or so.
