I use barium carb in my clay. too much BC. I just got a rather dissapointing rage of blisters. i also removed the sand to reduce the pinholes. May be to tight??? Checked out.,, Glaze is OK. Firing fine , Got an Idea, been there done that??? Clyde in Salida Colorado
