Diane,
I hang the signs and remind customers to use Novus, but it is still a very
small part of my credit card sales. I really wish I had more and less
visa/mc. They pay as soon as they get the slips, give me no hassle about
using "paper", give me a better discount rate and no monthly service charge.
Now how do I get the customers to use Novus?

I also am very happy with my Novus merchant account. No monthly fee. Good
rate for visa/mc and better rate for Discover. And although I rarely get
people to use the discover card they sometimes do. Maybe help if I put up
a sign.....sigh......
