Wendy,

I think a lot of your advice is right on the mark regarding crafting as
a business in the US. I'm in Europe, Brussels in particular and am
wondering how much of it is applicable to europe. Do you have any
special insights? Do you know of anyone in particular who would who's
brain I could pick?

Do any other European potters (or anyone for that matter) have any
special insights into the european markets. How are you marketing your
work? How do relationships with galleries and customers work here? With
the emphasis on contracts in the discussion on consignment galleries,
are similar aggreements used here?

Why all the questions? I've been selling my stuff out of my studio and
at exhibitions for the past few years but the day job has been my main
source of income. I now want to make the pottery the main source and am
trying to figure out how.
