two-fold question 1) kiln repair and 2) checking in the archives

If I can find help with question #2, I can probably figure out question #1.
I just moved across the country - from Tennessee to Arizona and just fired
my electric kiln for the first time. I noticed that a chunk of the
firebrick broke out, how can I repair that? Question #2. how do I access
the archives?
