Sorry we missed your note. Did you e-mail or snail mail?
The early RK models had one large visable cone mounted on the motor. The
current models, RK10 Basic and Super have three small cones inside an RX
assembly attached to the motor. Although the structure is different, they
work the same.
You should not be able to hold the wheelhead on any speed. It sounds like
you need to adjust the belt tension. If you need instructions, please e-mail
