I subscibed already a while ago to clayart. I'm an artist-potter in my spare
time. I live in Belgium (Europe) and I wondered if there were any European =
or
even better Belgian potters on the list?
Even if there aren't any I very pleased with knowlegde I get from this list.
Thanks to all

Of course there are. Russell Fouts works in Belgium, he's on the list, and
there may be more.

At the moment I live in St.Martin, French west Indies, I am Dutch and I'm
going back to live in Holland next month. I started with pottery about 3
years ago here on the island, so I don't know any Dutch or Belgian potters.
I have almost the same question as Dirk : are there any dutch or belgian
potters on the list ?? I really would like to know them.

There are a few of us in England, and even Wales and Scotland, speaking
English on ClayArt.
Dirk:-
I wonder if the language is a barrier to more potters elsewhere in
Europe taking part in ClayArt. I have been pushing Esperanto to a
certain extent, but ClayArters in Texas and elsewhere cannot see the
point of it. Perhaps you can understand the reason for using something
more simple than english/american?

We are not far away, in Essex. There are many potters in East Anglia.
You might consider a tour sometime, and we might come over to you.
