second hand from claytimes.
i take no credit.
just that i like pete a great deal.

nice reduction and relite your kiln at 1700, til 1900.
then slow cool.
if you get spotty red, well, you had spotty reduction.
custer fels.....9 3/4 lb
gertsely borate 1 1/3 lb
whiting 1 1/2 lb
flint 3/4 lb
copper carb 21 grams
tin 60 grams
mix.
place on pots.
fire to cone 10+
your choice.
open kiln.......................a coleman ad for geil.

if it is nice...red as can be.

my best salt glaze idea.
place pots in kiln
fire to cone 10
add salt.
nice.

kill all powder puffs.
kill all meds for runny stools.
kill all clay.
use your heads.........good god.
that is why is use suspenders.......pull out pants.
slather a dusting of talcum (home made) down your pants.
mmmmm, nice.
