There are often references here to Alfred, with which I am familiar. I
looked them up on the web some time ago and was disappointed to find no
glaze site of any sort. Is there some sort of glaze database there, or any
other glaze site with new information?

You can purchase Val Cushings manual from Alfred. It has their glazes and
lots of other good info in the book. You can email Kathy Isaman (Secretary
to the Dean of Ceramics) isaman@bigvax.Alfred.edu and ask her how to get
one and how much it would be.
