Are there any potters in the greater Cleveland area who need a space to
rent? Also, there is a large amount of studio equipment available to
potters who rent studio space at this location from us. We are in a popular
spot near restaurants, banks, and other convenience stores. Some of the
materials available to our potters are slab roller, extruder, electric
wheels, gas kiln, electric kilns, glaze chemicals, scales for weighing dry
chemicals, glaze mixing equipment such as strainers, sievers, etc, your own
little nook for storing your pieces and doing your art work, places to store
green ware and bisque while waiting for firing, opportunities to teach
classes. Additionally, we hold sales at our studio periodically. At this
time, you can make money with a bare minimum of the $$$ you make being
returned to the co-op. Please e-mail me, offlist at
Maxine.Giddings@tri-c.cc.oh.us for details of rental fees and co-operative
hours to be done. We'd love to have energetic, co-operative potters to join
us.
Thanks, Maxine Giddings, Clayworks co-operative
