problem with one spectrum glaze

I have been using Spectrum's 1100 series glazes while attempting to create
my own glazes. Usually, I have been extremely happy with their results and
consistency from pot to pot & batch to batch. BUT - ONE glaze is giving me
FITS!!! It is the Crimson. I get gorgeous results - SOMETIMES - on several
clay bodies. USUALLY I get BLISTERS all over the surface! Every time I
think I have solved the problem, it bites me again. Last kiln load - same
body, from same batch of Highwater P5 porcelain (thank you Highwater for
putting "born on" dates on the clay boxes!!!), same bisque firing, same
glaze firing - same shelf in the glaze firing even, cone 6 electric. One
pot is perfect, one is acne to the max! Both are glazed inside & out with
another glaze.

I used to have this problem with most Spectrum glazes, but after I slowed
down my bisque firing, all the others behaved perfectly every time.

If anyone has any experience with this glaze, please e-mail me directly.
It's making me totally nuts! I love the color, so I keep trying!
