I'm trying to track down an ingredient from an old arts =26 crafts glaze =
recipe
that calls for =22paris white=22 -- anyone heard of it or know what it is? I=
know
spinks clay co (mostly ball clays) is in paris tenn, so maybe its something =
they
used to supply, but its purely a guess and they haven't yet responded...

Hello there Michael,
Paris White is another name for Calcium Carbonate or Whiting. You can also use
Limestone, Marble or chalk; powdered, of course.
