These are some notes that I posted to the NCECA website
today . The first link from the main page(http://nceca.net)
is the last minutes notes page and I will post any important
late breaking news that I can before I leave.
Much of the information already on the page was gleaned
from clayart individual's posts, thank you all. See you at
the conference.

Notes for Online NCECA Memebers
There will be a parade for the Saint Patricks Day Holiday on
Wednesday. It will interupt traffic at High and Nationwide
streets and will affect the bus tours in the mmorning. An
alternate route has planned.
Don't forget your mug for the NCECA Student Fellowship sale
If you a Clayart subscriber, bring another for the Clayart
mug exchange.

Parking Notes
For people with large vans, Hyatt parking cannot accomodate
full size
vans. There are two nearby surface
lots. The one closest to the Hyatt is at the corner of
Nationwide Blvd and N.
4th st. The cost is =245 per day or =2410 / 24hrs.

Clayart Hospitality Room
Plans are now complete for the NCECA ClayArt Hospitality
Room. The room is
located on the 5th floor of the Hyatt Regency, and will be
available from
about 11:00 Wednesday morning until about 11:00 Saturday
morning. On
Thursday morning, The Rosen Group is hosting a =22Marketing
Your Work=22
breakfast from 8 to 10 am, and Alice and Feriz Delkic are
hosting a
reception on Thursday evening from 5 to 7 pm.

CLAYART LISTSERV MUG EXCHANGE
1. make a mug-(no bigger than 9=22x9=22x9=22) actually make 2 and
donate one to
the NCECA scholarship fund.
2. Please tape your card or your name to the outside of the
donated mug and
put another loose card on the inside of the mug to be used
for the
exchange.
3. Bring your mugs to the NCECA convention
4. Drop off your Clayart mug at the Clayart Hospitality
room.
5 On Friday afternoon come to the exchange at 6pm and pick
up your new mug
made by another Clayart member.
6. Have a friend bring your mug if you are not going to
NCECA and exchange
it for you.
We will put the extra cards of the participants in a hat and
then
draw the names of the mug's new owner.
