You can turn up a few sites by doing a search on Yahoo or AltaVista under
"lifecast". Several have ongoing links that will show you other artists and
variants on the "how to- ".
One site that will give an overall view of the process is

One thing that differs in the way I teach the process is to use Crisco
instead of petroleum jelly. It's easier to work with, better for your skin
since it's vegetable based, and easier to clean up. Models usually comment
on how soft their skin feels.
