source of wine glasses

Hi
Im new to ClayArt. I am making bases for wine glasses, thrown and slipcast.
I like to see the wine in the glass and so I am interested in finding a
source for glass tops for my bases. Does anyone know where such an item
might be found. In college I cut the glass tops off the stems of cheap
glasses and ground them down and glued them on. It didn't work all that
well. I had considered seeing if I could find a glass person to make them
for me. Has anyone any thoughts regarding that route. Also any suggestions
for the best glue to use. Thank you. I have enjoyed following the comments
on ClayArt.

Hi Mary Jane

glass wine goblet tops are available from Aftosa ph. 800-231-0397
or www.aftosa.com. They have two sizes 5oz. and 8 oz. Problem
is you have to buy a case of 48.
