Michelle,
I volunteered (years ago) to have my body cast
(minus head) and did not find it to be too hot or
dangerous, but definitely would not do it again.
It felt very heavy and constricting. Body parts, one
at a time, are not at all a problem. Have done
face and feet since then.

Oh more advise. If you allow "at risk kids" to make a face cast of yourself,
the process will render you immobile for a time...wear underwear & try not to
laugh my mask has the slight impression of my front teeth. Lucky for me the
underwear were not necessary.
